Trisha is a Sports Chiropractor, Educator, and Consultant. She is the Medical Director of The Changing Room LA and the Forge strength training program.
Trisha graduated as Valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2011 and has had a private practice for 5 years.
She is one of the first US Wim Hof Method Certified Instructors, teaching the method in workshops and private training.
The Wim Hof Method is a method that combines specific breathing techniques, cold exposure and mind-set techniques, coupled with physical excercies. It has been developed over the sum of thirty years by Wim Hof, who has taught and developed these in nature. It’s a natural method to improve health and well-being.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is an innovative approach to manual therapy and rehab born out of the Prague School of Rehabilitation. DNS is based in our fundamental movements and developmental patterns as babies. Positions like crawling, rolling, and deep squats can be used to rehab injuries and create
