Clinical Assessment

 A thorough clinical exam, including injury and health history, physical exam, and movement assessment will be performed on your first visit.

Manual Therapy

Soft tissue injury and quality impact optimal movement. Functional Range (FR®) Release technique will be used to assess, treat, and rehab soft tissue (muscles, fascia, joints, etc).

Joint Mobilization

Full range of motion of your joints is vital to optimal movement and joint health. Joint mobilizations and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) will be used to restore those limited in their range.

Exercise Rehab

Movement is the key to healing and the best anti-inflammatory. Exercises will be a part of the session, as well as prescribed for home.

Initial Exam & Treatment: $225
Follow-up Sessions: $150
House Calls: Additional fee based on location

Trisha graduated as Valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2011 and has had a private practice for 5 years.
She is one of the first US Wim Hof Method Certified Instructors, teaching the method in workshops and private training.
